These terms govern your use of the Selligence Growth Diagnostic and related services at selligence.ai. By using our diagnostic tool or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
The Selligence Growth Diagnostic is a preliminary assessment tool. It uses pattern recognition across business dimensions (revenue, people, operations, strategy, product, leadership) to identify potential constraints and generate a preliminary diagnosis. It is designed to surface insights and inform further conversation.
The diagnostic is not professional business advice, financial advice, legal advice, HR guidance, or a guarantee of accuracy. It is a starting point for deeper analysis — not a substitute for qualified professional counsel. The diagnostic may identify patterns that don't apply to your specific situation. You are responsible for validating any findings before making material business decisions.
Selligence's total liability for any claim arising from the diagnostic assessment is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is greater. Selligence is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, consequential damages, or business losses arising from decisions made based on diagnostic findings. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to provide accurate information during the assessment. You acknowledge that the quality of the diagnostic depends on the accuracy of your inputs. You agree to seek qualified professional advice before making material business decisions based on assessment findings.
We treat all assessment responses as confidential business information. We will not disclose your responses to third parties except as required by law (court order, subpoena). If we enter into a formal consulting engagement, a separate confidentiality agreement will govern that relationship.
The diagnostic methodology, frameworks, visual design, and software are the intellectual property of Selligence. Your assessment data belongs to you. The diagnostic report we generate is licensed for your internal use. You may share findings within your organization but may not republish, resell, or redistribute the report or methodology.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Assessment responses are encrypted and permanently deleted after 90 days unless you enter into a consulting engagement.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the diagnostic after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washoe County, Nevada.
